Small Sausage Pies

Ingredients

  • 1  egg
  • 1  cup  sunflower oil
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 1  glass milk
  • 2  teaspoons dry yeast
  • 5  cups flour
  • 12 cup butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1  lb  cocktail franks
  • 1  egg, with
  • 1  tablespoon water, beaten

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, up to the butter and make the dough, divide in 9 equal pieces With the rolling pin make thin rectangular sheets and cut into small strips Butter a baking pan, In each stripe place a sausage and roll the dough to seal it.
  2. Place in baking pan, brush with the beaten egg.
  3. Bake in medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
