Ingredients
- 1 cup egg white
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup skim milk
- 12 ounces fat-free evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons sugar-free dulce de leche syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
- whisk together
- put in custard cups
- put in waterbath
- bake 325 for 25-35 minutes until center set.
