Slow Cooker Southwestern Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs boneless pork roast
- 1 (32 g) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, chopped and undrained
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
- Put the pork roast into the slow cooker.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours or until the pork is tender.
