Slow Cooker Mexican Pork

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork loin roast, cut into bitesize pieces
- 2 1⁄4 cups salsa
- 1 (4 1/2ounce) can of chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, if desired
Directions
- Mix pork, salsa and chiles in slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
- Stir in black beans. Cover again and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes or until beans are hot.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve over hot rice or noodles or spoon into tortillas.
