Slow Cooker Chili

I found this recipe in a magazine. Wow, it's so good.

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Crumble, drain and place in a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Stir in the onion through kidney beans.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 5 to 6 hours or on Low 7 to 8 hours. REMOVE AND DISCARD THE BAY LEAF. Serve with desired toppings and some cornbread.
