Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff (Cooking for 2)

Ingredients

  • 12 lb beef stew meat
  • 14 cup  chopped onion
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream  condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 (2 1/2ounce) jar  Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 1 12 cups  hot  cooked noodles or 1 12 cups cooked rice

Directions

  1. In 2 1/2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, mix beef, onion, soup, mushrooms and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender.
  3. Stir sour cream into beef mixture.
  4. Serve over noodles.
