Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 1⁄4 cups chopped carrots
- 1 1⁄4 cups chopped onions
- 3⁄4 cup chopped celery
- 5 cups water
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon powder
- 1⁄2 cup pearl barley
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
Directions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker in order given.
- Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-5 hours.
