Sloppy Joe Pizza Pockets

Found this in the Rachael Ray magazine!

  1. Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add bell pepper, onion, and pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened. (about 5 mins).
  4. Add the turkey and cook over medium high heat until turkey is cooked through.
  5. Stir in the pizza sauce and worcestershire sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  9. Lightly grease baking sheet with olive oil.
  10. Divide the dough into quarters.
  11. Roll out and stretch each piece into an 8 inch round.
  12. Place the rounds on the baking sheet, with about 1/3 hanging over the edges.
  13. Mound a packed cup of the turkey mixture onto each round leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  14. Top with cheese.
  15. Fold dough over the filling and crimp the edges together to seal.
  16. Cut a small vent in the top of each pocket for ventilation.
  17. Bake until puffed and golden (about 15-20 mins).
