Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Directions
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onions and celery; drain well.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Cover; simmer over medium heat 15-20 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
