Slaw Dressing (Without Oil)

This is an easy microwave slaw dressing recipe. My hubby does not like mayo so this is a nice tasty alternative.

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 2  cups sugar
• 1  cup vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dry mustard
• 1  medium onion, chopped
•  celery salt
•  celery seed
•  pepper

Directions

1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a micro safe bowl.
2. Microwave until boiling.
3. Allow to cool, then add the remaining ingredients,
4. Mix well.
5. Pour over shredded cabbage/slaw mix.
