Skips Chili Seasoning Mix

Simple chili seasoning mix. Cornstarch can be omitted, but chili will have thicker base with it. You can add fresh or dry chilis to taste.

Ingredients

• 1  tablespoon chili powder
• 1  teaspoon chili powder
• 2  teaspoons cumin
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1  teaspoon kosher salt
• 1  teaspoon cornstarch

Directions

1. Mix all spices in a small bowl and add to ingredients.
2. This will season up to 2 pounds of meat.
3. You can can also add cayenne pepper if you like spicy.
4. This makes a basic mild chili kids love.
