Skippy Apple Crumble

Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup flour
Directions
- Peel and slice apples; arrange in a greased 10 x 6 pan.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
- Sprinkle sugar over apples.
- Cut peanut butter and butter into salt and flour with 2 knives until crumbly.
- Spread on top of apples.
- Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 50 minutes.
