Skinny Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 ounces fat free Greek yogurt (full fat for Keto)
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise (full fat for Keto, check labels)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, mash blue cheese and yogurt together with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic powder until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 1 cup.
