Skillet Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons olive oil
• 1  tablespoon water
• 1 1⁄2 lbs beef flank steak (cut into strips)
• 1 1⁄2  assorted bell peppers
• 1 1⁄2 cups onions, strips
• 4  flour tortillas (warmed)
• 1 (1 ounce) packet  hidden valley  original ranch dressing mix

• Fillings

•  guacamole (optional)
•  salsa (optional)
•  sour cream (optional)

Directions

1. Add seasoning and salad dressing mix with oil and water.
2. Saute' steak strips in dressing mixture.
3. Add peppers, and onions; cook until tender-crisp.
4. Place mixture in tortillas.
5. Add fillings :guacamole, salsa or sour cream ,if desired.
