Skillet Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 8 ounces mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in uncooked spaghetti noodles. (Broke in half.) Add next 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover until melted.
