Skillet Minestrone Meal

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 (14 1/2ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1⁄4 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 1⁄2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can french-cut green beans
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Drain and rinse beans; set aside.
- Brown the beef in a large skillet; drain fat.
- Add the tomatoes, broth, wine, seasoning, macaroni and beans; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer until macaroni is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed; about 15 minutes.
