Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped or 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken and toss well.
- In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink, turning at least once.
