Singhare Ke Atte Ki Barfi ( Singhara Flour Barfi)

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 cup singhara flour
- chopped almonds
- chopped pistachios
Directions
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
- Add flour, sugar and 1 1/2 cups water.
- Mix well.
- Allow to cook for a few minutes.
- Once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
- Put into a plate.
- Let it set.
- Once cool, cut into pieces.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
