Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt & pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
- Brown meat in pan with onion. Mix in chili powder, tomato paste and milk. Add salt & pepper to taste. Simmer ten minutes, or until hot all the way through. Spoon on buns and serve.
