Ingredients
- 3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes O'Brien Hash Browns
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese (cut into one inch cubes)
- 8 -10 pieces fried bacon (cut into small pieces)
Directions
- Bring chicken broth to a boil, then add hash browns. Boil for 10 minutes, then add soup and cheese. Stir until dissolved. Add bacon pieces to each bowl.
