Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can green beans
- 1⁄2 cup cornmeal
- 1⁄8 teaspoon chili powder
- oil, for frying
Directions
- Mix cornmeal and chili powder together.
- Drain and rinse green beans.
- Roll beans in mix and drop in hot oil until browned.
- These brown quickly, so keep an eye on them.
