Simply Fabulous Hummus

Yields: 6 1/3 CUP
Ingredients
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 11 ounces chickpeas (1 16oz can drained)
- 1⁄2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- 1 Place peeled garlic cloves in food processor & pulse until finely ground.
- 2 Add the other ingredients in order & process until smooth, scrape the sides 1 or 2 times during the process.
- 3 Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with pita slices, raw veggies or Triscuit crackers (family favorites Garlic & Rosemary/Olive Oil) Enjoy!
