  1. Begin roasting jalapenos in a skillet on medium.
  2. Cut avocados in half and empty contents in a medium size bowl.
  3. Chop up fresh tomato and white onion.
  4. Dice garlic and cilantro.
  5. Remove jalapenos from heat and finely dice.
  6. Mix ingredients with avocados, basically chopping the avocados to leave the texture chunky.
  7. Squeeze a lime light over mixture.
  8. Add two pinches of salt (or to taste).
  9. Add a pinch of pepper.
