- Begin roasting jalapenos in a skillet on medium.
- Cut avocados in half and empty contents in a medium size bowl.
- Chop up fresh tomato and white onion.
- Dice garlic and cilantro.
- Remove jalapenos from heat and finely dice.
- Mix ingredients with avocados, basically chopping the avocados to leave the texture chunky.
- Squeeze a lime light over mixture.
- Add two pinches of salt (or to taste).
- Add a pinch of pepper.
