Simple Zesty Marinade

Delicious and simple. Good on chicken, seafood, or beef. Never tried it with pork, but it would probably be good with that too.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1⁄3 cup lime juice
• 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried cilantro (you could use fresh, too- but would probably need more)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let flavors blend.
3. Marinade meat for 2 to 24 hours.
