Simple Vegetable Orzo

Ingredients
- 2 cups orzo pasta, cooked
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 cup mushroom, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 -3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Saute the vegetables in olive oil.
- Season heavily with salt and pepper.
- Remove from the heat, mix with the orzo and serve!
