Simple Tex Mex Chimichurri

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cilantro
- 3⁄4 cup chopped Italian parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1 serrano pepper (For a milder taste substitute a seeded and ribbed jalapeno.)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon season salt
Directions
- Simply add all ingredients to food processor a puree to a consistency much like pesto. Enjoy on grilled meats or even pastas.
