Simple Tex Mex Chimichurri

A great additive for grilled chicken, fish, and of course beef.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  chopped cilantro
• 3⁄4 cup  chopped Italian parsley
• 3  garlic cloves
• 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1⁄3 cup olive oil
• 1  serrano pepper (For a milder taste substitute a seeded and ribbed jalapeno.)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
• 1  teaspoon season salt

Directions

1. Simply add all ingredients to food processor a puree to a consistency much like pesto. Enjoy on grilled meats or even pastas.
