Simple Swedish Pastry

Light Sweet pastry...great with coffee...try it you'll like it

• Ready In: 40 mins
• Yields: 1 cookie sheet

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1  cup water
• 1  cup flour
• 3  eggs

Directions

1. Bring to boil butter, vanilla, salt and water.
2. remove from heat and mix in flour and let cool slightly.
3. mix in one egg at a time.
4. spread mix on greased cookie sheet.
5. bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
6. cool and frost with powder sugar glaze.
