Simple Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 large mushrooms
- 4 slices of spicy monterey jack cheese
- salt or pepper
- olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Clean mushrooms and remove the bases.
- Salt and pepper the mushroom caps and place in the oven until browned (top up) about 5-10 minutes.
- Chop finely the mushrooms and stirfry about 3-5 minutes.
- Spoon mushroom filling into mushroom caps. Place the slice of cheese onto.
- Bake until cheese is bubbly. (5-10 minutes).
