Simple Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package Baby Spinach
- 1 1⁄2 cups swiss cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1 3⁄4 cups low-fat half-and-half
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Open pie crust and put in pie pan.
- Mix cheese, flour, spices and spinach. Add to pie pan.
- Mix eggs, cream and worcestershire. Add to pie pan.
- Cook for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
