Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 3⁄4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving to let flavors blend.
