Simple Sauce for Fish

This is a quick and easy sauce for fish, the ingredients are basic but it makes a lovely sauce for all fish fillets. From the Masonic Centennial Recipe Book, my favorite cookbook.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons butter
• 2  garlic cloves
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 2  tablespoons parsley
• 1  teaspoon mustard
• 1 -2  tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

1. Soften butter.
2. Finely chop the cloves of garlic.
3. Chop the parsley.
4. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the fish or serve separately.
