Simple Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can libby 100% pumpkin puree (NOT the Pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust, thawed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing well.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Place pie on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour.
- Cool.
- Top with Cool Whip or real whipped cream.
