Simple Parsley and Garlic Pasta Seasoning

Low fat easy way to add a pasta side dish. Takes minutes to make.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Saute over high heat only til garlic is lightly brown.
  3. Toss with favorite pasta.
  4. I like to add smoked salmon on the side so that the diner can eat it along side or mix it in or add a light dusting parmasean cheese.
