Simple Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, minced (opt. ribs and seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- sea salt, to taste
- organic tortilla chips or pita chips, for serving
Directions
- Directions.
- In a medium bowl, combine mango*, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/4-inch pieces (about 2 cups), onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice; season with salt. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 4.
- *Variations: Can add pineapple or organic peaches. Or substitute 2-3 organic tomatoes for mango.
