Simple Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 2  heads kale, washed and torn up
  • 14 cup tamari
  • 3  tablespoons olive oil
  • 2  tablespoons  yeast
  •  salt

Directions

  1. First be sure you wash the entire kale and remove off the thickest part of the stem. Next you are to tear the kale into bite sized pieces and place that in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle over top the olive oil, tamari, yeast, as well as salt and then rub into the kale with hands.
  2. Place this on a food dehydrator or baking sheet and then dehydrate them for about 8 hours at 115 degrees.
