Ingredients
- 4 inches piece kombu seaweed
- 5 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 5 cups water
Directions
- Wipe kombu with a damp cloth.
- Place all ingredients in a soup pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat
- Let steep for 1/2 hour.
- Strain and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
