Simple Iranian Salad

Ingredients

• 1  cucumber, peeled and chopped
• 1  medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1  small onion, chopped
• 1  tablespoon parsley, minced
• 1  tablespoon olive oil
• 1  lime, juice of
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix together.
2. Chill before serving.
