Simple Hot Crab Dip

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) cans real crabmeat (substitute fresh crab if available)
- 12 ounces sliced American cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into top of double boiler pan and heat until cheese is melted.
- Place dip in chafing dish over sterno flame to keep warm. Serve with mini cocktail rye (best) or crackers.
