Simple Garlic Pasta

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, of your choice
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 whole head of garlic, peeled and diced (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Chop garlic.
- Melt in butter on low/med heat until soft and fragrant.
- Cook pasta as per instructions for shape.
- Drain pasta, add butter and garlic mixture with the olive oil.
- Toss well, season with salt and pepper. Serve.
- Top with parmesan if you have it.
- Add any cheese you like, any veg you want, or any protein such as chicken, fish, etc.
- **Sometimes I use less butter, depending the ingredients or pasta shape.
