Simple Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 -2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 -2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup flour or 6 ounces flour
- 1 egg
- oil (for frying)
- 8 -9 pieces chicken breasts (what ever you want to use) or 8 -9 pieces chicken thighs (what ever you want to use) or 8 -9 pieces chicken drumsticks (what ever you want to use)
Directions
- Measure flour and put into a bowl.
- Add the thyme, paprika, chili powder, pepper, salt, garlic salt into the same bowl as the flour.
- Mix them all together well using a spoon.
- Crack and beat an egg into a separate bowl/container.
- Put oil in a wok and heat oil at a setting of medium-high or 4/5.
- Dip chicken in egg then into the mixture. Do this to all the pieces.
- When oil heated put in wok and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
