Simple Free Gluten Free Rice Waffles

got this from a friend at work. Can't get any easier.

Serves: 6

Yields: 6 waffles

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  uncooked regular grain rice
  • 2  large eggs
  • 1  cup milk
  • 1  teaspoon milk

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food proceesor until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides.
  3. Bake in a preheated, oiled waffle iron until golden brown.
