Simple Eggnog Pie

Ingredients
- 1 box instant pudding mix (vanilla is usually best to begin with)
- 1 cup milk, preferable whole milk
- 1 cup eggnog
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 graham cracker pie crusts
- 1⁄2 cup nuts (optional)
Directions
- Pour the eggnog and milk into a medium bowl.
- Add pudding mix, blend well.
- Gently fold in cool-whip.
- Divide evenly into the two pie shells.
- May be topped with nuts.
- Chill appx. 2 hours, or until firm.
