Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions
- melt butter.
- blend in flour, curry powder, and salt.
- slowly add hot stock and bring to boiling.
- boil 2 minutes.
- remove from heat
- add egg yolk lightly beaten with cream.
