Simple Collard Greens

This is something simple I came up with one day when I had a craving for leafy green veggies :) Really quick to make! Show more

Serves: 3

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can  collard greens
  • 3  large garlic cloves (minced)
  • 12 cup butter (salted)

Directions

  1. Melt butter then sauté minced garlic.
  2. Drain collard greens, add to butter/garlic mix.
  3. Stir for about 5 minutes, then serve. (I like to pour the sauté over the greens.
