Simple Cocoa Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cold water
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Grease and flour bouquet pans.
- In large bowl, sift together flour sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- Add vanilla, water, oil and vinegar; ix well until batter is smooth.
- Pour batter into pans, dividing evenly.
- Bake at 325F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool 15 minutes; invert pan and cool completely.
