Simple Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, drained
- 1⁄2 lb short pasta
- sour cream (optional)
- shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
- Brown and drain ground beef while pasta is cooking in a separate pot.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir and cover. Reduce heat to LOW.
- Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pasta when cooked.
- Top with sour cream and cheese, if desired.
