Simple Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken, cooked, diced
- 60 ounces chicken broth
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup egg noodles (dry)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt (optional)
Directions
- Heat all ingredients except pasta in a large cooking pot.
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add pasta and allow to continue at a simmer (uncovered) until noodles are tender (about 10 minutes).
- Serve.
- NOTE: If you're using regular chicken broth (not low-sodium) you'll likely not need the seasoned salt.
