Simple Chicken Noodle Casserole

Can be made with canned tuna/ chicken but I like to cook my own chicken.

Ready In: 35 mins

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 1 casserole

Ingredients

  • 1  chicken breasts (or one can tuna or chicken) or 3  chicken tenders (or one can tuna or chicken)
  • 2 12 cups  cooked macaroni
  • 1  cup cheddar cheese (or any kind you prefer)
  • 34  of a 10 . 5 oz can of cream of anything  soup (I used cream of mushroom)
  • 34 cup  cooked broccoli, cut up
  • 2  celery ribs, sliced finely
  • 13 cup  diced onion
  • 2  minced garlic cloves
  • 1  tablespoon  oil
  • 1  few shakes of jhonny's seasoning salt

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
  2. Saute chicken, onion, and garlic in oil.
  3. Shred chicken with spatula while cooking.
  4. Mix together Macaroni, 2/3 of the cheese, the soup, broccoli, and celery together in bowl.
  5. When chicken and veggies are done add to the bowl.
  6. Season with Jhonny's seasoning salt or whatever you would like.
  7. Pour mixture into a pie pan or some sort of small bakewear.
  8. Bake for 10 minute.
  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for another 10 minute.
