Simple Cabbage Saute

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄8 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Place a wok or frying pan on the stove. Heat it on a medium setting.
- Add the garlic and 1 tsp of water to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 seconds.
- Add the cabbage, tamari, and remaining water. cook, stirring regularly, until the cabbage becomes a bright green.
- Turn off the heat. Add the margarine and black pepper, and serve immediately.
