Simple Broccoli Cheese Soup for Crock Pot

This is my own recipe when all the others seemed much to complicated for what I wanted. Yes, it does use Velveeta. I found that real cheese didn't give it the texture or taste that I was looking for. Show more

Serves: 4-5

Ingredients

  • 16  ounces  frozen broccoli florets
  • 1  lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (12 ounce) can  cream of celery soup
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 14 cup onion, diced
  •  pepper

Directions

  1. Cube Velveeta and dice onion.
  2. Toss all ingredients in a crock pot.
  3. Cook on low for 3 hours.
